The business was founded by local entrepreneur, interior designer and travel guru, Sue Lederle. Her passion for travel and seeing the world in all its colour gave her a steadfast determination to help others plan and live out their travel dreams.

Q: How long have you been involved in the travel industry for?
A: I’ve been involved in travel for the past 15 years, 8 of those have been with Sue at Concierge Travel.
Q: What are you most passionate about when it comes to serving your clients?
A: Understanding their expectations and doing everything in my power to ensure that I exceed them.
Q: What is your favourite destination that you have been to?
A: Mauritius. I went there on honeymoon so it will always be special to me. It is such a great destination with so many things to offer. It is a place you can keep going back to again and again.
Q: What inspiring person would you choose to sit next to on a 10 hour flight?
A: The great author CS Lewis. His books have both captivated and inspired me and even though he passed away more than 50 years ago I think he would be incredibly interesting company!
Q: In a nutshell, what does travel mean to you?
A: It’s sharing a special experience with someone… a sunset or a unique place…
Jill Inglis: Director & Travel Specialist
Q: How long have you been involved in the travel industry for?
A: It has been almost 15 years. I have experience working in the industry both locally and abroad as both a service provider and travel consultant.
Q: What are you most passionate about when it comes to serving your clients?
A: Assisting them through their booking process with a positive approach and a smile with the end goal of exceeding their expectations by delivering the best service and attention to detail.
Q: What is your favourite destination that you have been to?
A: Tricky question as I have a few, but I must say Thailand is sensational because I can experience all the things I love…shopping, beach life, love the nightlife and it is one of the few places where our Rand offers us good value.
Q: What inspiring person would you choose to sit next to on a 10 hour flight?
A: I would have to say Richard Branson as he is a man that has truly lived his life to the full and must have a million inspiring stories to share.
Q: In a nutshell, what does travel mean to you?
A: Experiencing other cultures, their way of life, eating their cuisine and just truly immersing yourself in their day to day lives.
Renee Naidoo: Director & Travel Accountant
Q: How long have you been involved in the travel industry for?
A: What started as a part time job in 1994 has led to a career of 21 years and counting.
Q: What are you most passionate about when it comes to serving your clients?
A: It is important to me that my clients have confidence in my ability to deal with absolutely any request they may have. For me it is about exceeding expectations.
Q: What is your favourite destination that you have been to?
A: Mauritius, what an awesome place and incredible people. Oh and South Africans don’t need a visa!
Q: What inspiring person would you choose to sit next to on a 10 hour flight?
A: The author, poet and civil rights activist Maya Angelou. Her strength and determination in her beliefs was an inspiration.
Q: In a nutshell, what does travel mean to you?
A: Travel is the business of making dreams come true, and in some cases helping people add one more ‘tick’ to their bucket list.
